About
Therapy for Understanding, Connection, and Meaningful Change
You may be dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, anger, a major life transition, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right. Sometimes you know exactly what is bringing you to therapy. Other times, you just know you want to understand yourself better and figure out what to do next.
Joseph Hegedus, LPC and Ed Casaldi, LPC provide outpatient therapy for adults in a supportive, respectful environment where you can talk openly, develop greater self-awareness, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.
Joseph Hegedus, LPC
Joe's approach is conversational, practical, and client-centered. He draws from solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), existential counseling, mindfulness, and body awareness to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and patterns.
Sometimes therapy involves developing specific skills or working toward a particular goal. Other times, the most important work is slowing down long enough to understand what you’re experiencing and why.
Joe works with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, anger, life transitions, grief, self-esteem concerns, men’s issues, and other challenges that can make life feel more difficult than it needs to be.
You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes therapy is simply an opportunity to gain perspective, improve your relationships, understand yourself more deeply, or make a change you’ve been thinking about for a long time.
Joseph provides in-person therapy in Upper St. Clair and secure online therapy throughout Pennsylvania.
Ed Casaldi, LPC
Ed's approach is warm, supportive, and conversational. He believes that creating a comfortable therapeutic relationship is an important part of the counseling process, giving clients a place where they can speak openly, feel understood, and work through what’s happening in their lives.
Therapy with Ed involves exploring patterns of thinking and behavior, understanding emotions and relationships, building confidence, and developing practical ways to manage life’s challenges.
Whether you’re dealing with a specific concern or simply feel that something needs to change, Ed offers an experienced and approachable space to work through it.
Ed works with adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, and other life challenges.
Ed provides in-person therapy in Upper St. Clair. He accepts Aetna and Cigna insurance plans, as well as private-pay.
